Knowing the standard brochure sizes is important when you plan to make a brochure for print. Determining the size is the very first step you need to take, even before you decide on the number of pages and before you start working on design.
Because brochures come in all shapes and sizes, it might be difficult to remember all the standard dimensions for brochures in inches or millimeters. The following chart shows some of the sizes we can print.
Designing for print
When you design for print you need to consider several other things apart from the standard brochure sizes for print.
Folding type and number of panels – we have included the most common folding types below. Visualize how the end product will look both folded and opened.
What else to consider
Resolution – For print you need high quality image. We print at 600 DPI for print.
Paper type – There are different types of papers with different finishes: matte, glossy. Choose the one that you like best. We offer a variety of paper types, colors, and finishes.
Paper weight – A light paper will always bend better than a thick one. If you want your brochures to look premium/ luxurious opt for a thicker, sturdy paper. We offer papers from 60# up to 110# for a large variety of applications.
Quantity and Price
We offer printing with non minimum order from 8 cents to 15 cents per page depending on size, paper type, and paper weight. We offer price breaks at 500 and 1,000 pages printed.
